You will feel refreshed, relaxed and re-energised following your transition while you are balanced with Chakra crystals and aromatherapy.  Connection will be made with corresponding chakra crystals placed gently on the corresponding areas while you lay back, relax and let the power of your mind assist you to regain energy & relaxation!

Cancellation Policy

Please note that making this booking is subject to you agreeing to the following T&Cs: TREATMENTS Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time if it is your first appointment. This is to allow time to fill in the consult form and to then settle into the space. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for subsequent appointments. If you are late this may impact on your treatment time. Kindly txt me on 0210 259 1867 if you are running late! If you have booked a full body therapy please out of courtesy take time to have a shower before you attend if you are able to. I do understand sometimes this is not possible. For most therapies jewellery and clothing will need to be removed apart from underpants. I can provide a disposable thong if wished. Please do not bring children to your appointment. Essential oils are diffused in my wait area which may not be suitable for them and I aim to provide a peaceful and tranquil space for my clients and so it is not suitable for children to be in the small wait area. Please turn off your phone when in the treatment room. VACCINATION INFO Please leave at least 2 days following a vaccination. This is because massage increases the circulation and can make any symptoms you have feel worse. It is also contraindicated to massage over a recent injection site. CANCELLATIONS My time and your time is precious. A lot of time and effort goes into preparing for your appointment, preparing products, soaking and heating towels, heating the bed and room etc. I know that sometimes you may have to cancel your appointment. Therefore if you do need to cancel for any reason please provide 24 hours notice to avoid the 50% cancellation fee (or full amount if it is on special). If you are feeling unwell, have any cold/flu symptoms or other infectious illness you will need to cancel your appointment as massage can increase any infection and make you feel worse. If you attend for an appointment and it is deemed unsuitable for you to have the treatment then you will need to pay the full amount of the treatment. This is because the room is booked for you and your treatment, I am unable to offer it to someone else at such short notice. If you do not attend for your appointment you will be responsible for the full amount. CONTRAINDICATIONS Some conditions are contraindicated to therapies. Please do not book if you have sunburn, recent tattoo, any infections, undiagnosed lumps, recent surgery or trauma, serious heart/circulation conditions, low or high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer (current or in the last 2 years), pregnancy or under the influence of substances. If you are not sure please check before booking. PAYMENTS If you are making the booking on behalf of someone else (for example as a surprise, rather than buying a voucher) then you will need to pay the FULL AMOUNT at the time of booking. If you do not the appointment may be cancelled. If the treatment you have booked is 1.5 hours or longer in duration then you are requested to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This is non-refundable but may be transferable if you need to change your appointment. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Direct bank transfer (so that payment clears the day BEFORE your appointment), or EFTPOS at the time of your appointment, or Cash at the time of your appointment, or Voucher - if you have been gifted a voucher please bring it with you. Credit cards are accepted but will incur a 3% fee on top of the cost. Here is the banking info: Account: Angelica Number: 02-0360-0117050-000 Reference: Name of your treatment or product. PARKING You are most welcome to park on the drive if there is room. However the entrance is quite narrow and you may prefer to park on the drive next to the lawn and is at your own risk. Alternatively, there are car parking spaces just across the road in Meura Street. By making a booking you therefore declare that you agree to these terms and conditions.
