Cancellation Policy

TREATMENTS If this is your first appointment - Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time to allow time to complete the consult form and settle into the space. Subsequent appointments - Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you are late this may impact on your treatment time. Kindly txt me on 0210 259 1867 if you are running late!
