Booking 

While we are still in level 2, please note the following points will apply for bookings and what this means for your treatments:

  • DO NOT BOOK if you have any cold/flu symptoms or other infections illness. 

  • Do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment.

  • You will need to scan in when you arrive.

  • You will need to use the hand sanitiser when you arrive.

  • You will need to complete a pre-screening consult form and sign it.

  • You must wear a mask until you go into the treatment room.

  • You may remove your mask for your treatment.

  • You must replace your mask before you come out of the treatment room.

  • You will need to bring your own drink/snack as I cannot provide them.

  • You will need to pay for your treatment by direct bank transfer prior to your appointment.

  • As I have to wear a mask I will not be providing full body treatments while we are still in level 2.

  •  If you are booking for your first appointment please take into account arriving 10 or 15 minutes early to complete the necessary consultation form and to raise any questions you may have.

  • Subsequent appointments you will need to arrive 5 mins before your treatment time to settle into the space and not feel hurried.

  • If you are booking an appointment on behalf of someone else, rather than purchasing a voucher, full payment is required at time of booking to secure that appointment.

  • Do not book an appointment if you feel unwell.  If you book and then become unwell please cancel, providing 24 hours notice to avoid the cancellation fee. 

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel or if you are unwell or you will need to pay the cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment cost and that by making a booking you agree to these terms.  However, if the treatment you have booked is on special you will be responsible for the full amount. 

  • Please leave at least 2 full days following a vaccination or injection.  This is because treatments increase the circulation and could make any symptoms you have feel worse and it is contraindicated to massage over a recent injection site.

  • KINDLY DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS. 

Please also note that the booking calendar will load at the bottom of your screen and may take a few moments depending on your device so please be patient & if you have any problems please contact me.

When making a booking - select treatment, then date & time and be sure to click "next".   Please select your date carefully.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your booking.  Please contact us if you do not receive one.  You will not receive a reminder unless you specifically request one, so please ask if you need one. 

If there is no availability when you wish to come   for your appointment, please contact me as sometimes I can rearrange things and I will do my best to accommodate you.  

Payment can be made by direct bank transfer (PRIOR to your appointment) - the info will be on your confirmation email, or EFTPOS or cash at the time of your appointment.

If the treatment you are booking is 2 hours or longer then a 50% non-returnable deposit is required at the time of booking.  This can be paid by direct bank transfer and the information will be in your confirmation email.
