A simple, gentle and yet powerful relaxation system of energy work that is used for developing physical, emotional and spiritual harmony, enhancing the body's natural ability to use the energy for healing where it is needed.  Corresponding Chakra crystals are gently placed to enhance clearing blocked energy, restore balance & harmony, promoting relaxation and reducing stress.

Reiki is a completely safe alternative relaxation therapy if you are not able to enjoy massage and is particularly helpful for pre and post surgery.   Includes aromatherapy ritual.

Ear Candling & Facial Pressure Point Massage  - 1 hour -  $90                                                     

An ancient and natural therapy reached the modern world via the Hopi Indians from North Arizona. Considered a clearance therapy it is a pleasant, relaxing, balancing treatment to help sinus congestion, excessive/compacted wax, tinnitus etc.  Not suitable if infection is present.

Only the best quality German made Bio Sun Hopi Ear Candles are used, a natural product which carries the prestigious CE mark  & are certified as a class IIb medical device.  

Concludes with a facial pressure point massage to assist opening of the sinuses and help clear blockages.  The effect is positively influenced by a subsequent period of rest.

Koshi Chimes Healing Sounds (Add on) - Allow 15 mins - $15

A deeply relaxing & healing Koshi Chimes sound bath that resonates with your element sign.  The Koshi chime is deep in sound, rich in overtones and has a long resonance.  The crystalline relaxing sound may leave you in quiet wonder as it  plays it will carry you away in an unexpected melody.  Add on therapy to any treatment.

Olfactory Retraining Therapy  - 20 mins - $50 (Cost Includes take home kit)                           Time to smell the roses again!

If you have lost your sense of smell due to respiratory tract infection such as COVID - for some people it can be retrained!  Do not leave any longer than 12 months or you are not likely to get it back, possibly even causing problems with cognitive decline such as dementia.  Not being able to detect burning food, or smoke from a fire, or leaking gas puts you at risk and not being able to smell food cooking is a loss of one of life's pleasures.  It also affects your sense of taste - 70% of taste is from our sense of smell.
