Lots of things need to be taken into consideration when preparing personalised blends and some time is needed to devote to ensuring the blend is going to be safe and suitable for you. The blend could be for a personal inhaler, diffuser, roll on bottle, bath salts, body lotion or body scrub and so prices will vary.

APPOINTMENTS 2 HOURS OR LONGER 2 hours or more please pay a non-refundable deposit 50% of the treatment cost at the time of booking to secure your space. It can be transferable to another date if you have to reschedule your appointment as long as you have provided the 24 hours notice. It will not be refunded if you decide to cancel your appointment. If you do need to cancel FOR ANY REASON please provide at least 24 hours notice. If you do not you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost or FULL AMOUNT if it is on special offering. Pre-payments will not be refunded. RESCHEDULING – If you have to reschedule your appointment please provide at least 24 hours notice where any deposit paid can be carried over to your rescheduled date. VOUCHERS – Vouchers must be used before expiry date (6 months for Gift Vouchers unless on special offering when it will be valid for duration of offer) – no exceptions. If you have to cancel your appointment the voucher will become void. If you have to reschedule please provide 24 hours notice otherwise the voucher will be void. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. ILLNESS - If you are feeling unwell, have any cold/flu symptoms or other infection you will need to reschedule your appointment. This includes if you contract COVID. If you are a close contact please get a RAT test done, if it is negative you do not need to rearrange your appointment. SURGERY – You need to wait at least 6 months and sometimes up to 2 years following surgery before you can have body massage/treatments, depending on the severity & seriousness of your procedure. This needs to be confirmed by your GP or treating practitioner. Appointments booked without clearance is entirely at your own risk. NON-SUITABILITY - If you attend for your appointment and it is apparent that it is unsuitable to have the treatment, for any reason, then the full amount will be payable. The room is booked for you and I am unable to offer it to someone else at such short notice. NON-ATTENDANCE - If you do not attend for your appointment for any reason without having contacted me you will be responsible for the full amount and an invoice will be sent to you. PARKING You are most welcome to park on the drive if there is room. However, the entrance is quite narrow and you may prefer to park on the drive next to the front grass and is at your own risk. Alternatively, there are car parking spaces just across the road in Meura Street.
